Damaged/Ripped seals will not be treated as returnable or refundable. This is due to issues with Champion's Path Elite Trainer Boxes having a high number of torn seals as well as scarcity of the product we will not be able to provide a replacement. 

In event of allocation beyond our means to supply our customers, we will supply all orders in date order until our stock is exhausted. Customers left waiting will be offered the choice of a full refund or staying ahead of the queue for a future wave.

We have ordered a huge amount more than we're selling on pre-order, however, with the expected unprecedented popularity of this item, allocation is possible even with our conservative estimates. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
